My second experience with Peyton.

As slow as the market has been, we were ecstatic at how fast the property went under contract. Peyton's communication was excellent giving us frequent updates along the way. Will call him again for the next transaction!

I am very fortunate to have Mr. Peyton Leal as my realtor during the purchase of a ranch. I was looking for a ranch in the hill country, but I had no idea where to start because I knew nothing about ranches and that area. Peyton is a great help. He knows the area around Washington country and Austin country inside out. He also knows everything about a ranch, what to look for, what to avoid, etc. I leant a lot from him. Peyton is very enthusiastic and always available, especially during after-work hours. He is very quick on communications. Every time I text him or send him an email, he always replies right away. Peyton works hard and is always eager to help. A couple of times he would take us to see a dozen of properties in a short period of time. He is tireless, always happy, and enjoys his work. He also provides extremely valuable information about every property we see. He is very quick on getting all the information about anything. He also knows the people very well when I need any type of service. Peyton is really a great guy, very honest, friendly, and pleasant. He has earned my complete trust. After the purchase, we need to have a lot of things done to remodel the house and Peyton is my number source of information. Peyton has all the qualities as an excellent realtor: knowledgeable, always available, hard-working, and friendly. One of the very best!

There is absolutely nothing that Peyton needs to improve. He knows his business and is the consummate and ultimate professional. Using his knowledge and training, then creativity when something unusual arises, he insures contracts proceed to closing, and constantly guided me in the manner that is in the client's best interest. He patiently waited on me looking for the best property that fit what we wanted then when it was available at a lower price, he really helped us get it in a timely manner...and after it closed, he took us to Gaidos gave us a commemorative personalized Corn Hole set for the house! I am privileged to share our experience working with Peyton Leal acquiring our ‘getaway’. We met Peyton when we started our adventure to find a weekend property to escape the city life. Peyton was the listing agent for a property we were looking at and we immediately liked him. He was very professional and yet very personable at the same time. 

We decided to partner with Peyton to help us find the perfect parcel. His work ethic and dedication is second to none. He worked tirelessly as we went thru several properties, offers, rejections, counters, etc. until we found the right one. He truly represented our best interest and felt more like a friend than a business partner. As a matter of a fact he has become a friend as a result of it. 

The dedication and service didn’t stop after the closing. He contacted the county and got our culvert permit handled, he has contacted the county to inquire about ag exemptions, etc. All of this after the sale. He even rolled up his sleeves on a couple occasions to come help us work the land.

I can’t say enough about how remarkable of a guy Peyton is and how hard he works in the interest of his clients. Peyton is always welcome on our ranch.
